ASC’s offers High Speed Purlin Rollforming with flying Post-Cut shear for speeds of up to 300 FPM.

The Coil Handling Front End features a High Speed Single Arm or Double Arm Drag Brake Uncoiler. For more efficient coil loading ASC offers non-rotating or rotating Coil Cars and Turnstiles.
For the Rollformer ASC customers can choose between the following 3 options:

All of our Lines feature a Flying Hydraulic Post-Cut Shear with Stand Alone Hydraulic Power Unit. The number of Cut-Off Die Set Inserts depends on the number of profiles being produced.
In addition ASC customers can add our patented High Speed CZ Purlin Stacking System which offers the fastest cycle times in the Industry. The Stacker with optional Side Transfer can safely handle the full range of Cee, U and Zee Purlin.

Customers can integrate their Purlin Vacuum Painting System between the Flying Post-Cut Shear and the High Speed Purlin Stacking System.
