DOWNENDER
ASC offers two styles of hydraulic coil downenders, in capacities up to 50,000# (22.6MT). Both styles are designed to downend and transfer palletized "eye to the sky" coils to a coil car as part of an integrated coil handling system.
The Perpendicular Model is positioned at 90° to the coil car track and is equipped with lateral translation to support two Uncoiler in a multi-press front-end layout.
The In-Line Model is positioned at the end of the coil car track and is designed to feed a single uncoiler in a dedicated press layout.
