DUAL HEIGHT PRE-CUT

The ALPHA SERIES ® Rollformer is availabel as Single or Dual Height Version. It's the only one in its class featuring Heavy Duty Cast Stands together with precision machined Cast Bearing Blocks which are designed, manufactured, and built in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Spokane, Washington.

The close coupled ALPHA SERIES ® Pre-Cut Front-End delivers brand new features to improve your productivity and minimize the equipment footprint to a total of only approx 39ft!

The optional Slitter pass and Belt Conveyor allow the economic production of Flat Sheets and Trim Blanks - both exiting the line at a convenient height of approx 30"!

The ALPHA SERIES ® is also available as a Single or Dual Height Post-cut line featuring our rugged hydraulic post-cut shear with profiled shear blades.

The shear is located on the exit end of the rollformer. This set up allows you to run shorter panels down to length of a just a couples inches and eliminates the use of a manual offline shear.

ZEBRA Coil & Bundle Tag Printer with ZEBRA wireless Scanner let you print your own Coil tags with valuable information about available linear footage, approx. coil weight, thickness, color and more. All information is automatically updated at the end of production and printed on a new tag.

The Bundle tags show your company name, customer address, work order number, profile name, color and of course the panel quantity and length.
